Skeeter was born in
Deerfield Beach, Florida in 1984.
Skeeter's father taught him how to surf
at age five when his family moved to Kona, Hawaii.
Surfing has been Skeeter's passion and
lifestyle ever since. He’s a true waterman and spends
every ounce of his time in the ocean. When he’s not
surfing or educating others about the sport,
Skeeter is free diving, fishing, or
training. Watch Skeeter

When
Skeeter was 8 years old his family
moved back to Florida. However, this didn’t affect his
passion of surfing. Skeeter won his
first surf competition at age 11! He was sponsored by
Quiksilver at age 15
and is now one of the top professional surfers on the
East Coast with recent wins at the Jupiter Fall Classic
and the Treasure Chest Pro/Am. Now,
Skeeter travels all over the world to
surf, but he never misses his annual trips to the world
famous North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii.
Skeeter began teaching
surf lessons at age 16. He realized how rewarding it was
to spread his knowledge of the sport to others. In 2004
he founded Living Water Surf School and
began doing Quiksilver/Roxy Surf
Camps.
Living Water Surf
School is one
of a select group of camps throughout the entire United
States to receive the high honor of bearing the
Quiksilver and Roxy
names. Skeeter looks forward to sharing
his passion with new surfers of all ages as well as
experienced surfers wishing to fine tune their skills.
Skeeter is a certified
lifeguard and was recently certified as an
EMT.

surfing, he's diving or fishing. His surfing is very
powerful, polished, and refined. He's into clean, solid
surfing. We're stoked to have him on the team!"
